Do you ship to my location?

Yes, we ship everywhere using trusted and well-known carriers. No matter where you are, we can get our products to you. We take pride in offering global shipping to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.

How long will it take for you to make my order?

We craft all our products in-house, ensuring we can maintain the highest quality standards. While most items are made to order, we also keep a small inventory of our most popular products. Usually, standard orders ship within 3-5 days, sometimes even faster. Need your order even sooner? Just give us a shout, and we'll do our best to help.

What should I know about international shipping timelines and customs fees?

Shipping timelines vary by country. We provide a realistic shipping timeline during checkout. Please be aware that customs clearance can cause delivery delays, which are beyond our control. Additionally, customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Ensure you are familiar with your country's import and customs rules to avoid any surprises.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Because we package and ship all items ourselves, we take great care to ensure every product is well protected, resulting in very few issues with items arriving damaged. However, if your order does arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We add insurance to every shipment, so we will assist you in resolving the issue and ensure you receive a replacement promptly.

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty on your products, and what does it cover?

Yes, we back every item with a 1-year warranty. This covers any issues related to the quality and durability of our products. Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from everyday use, or accidents and spills. However, if you're experiencing an issue, email us, and we’ll work together to find a solution. We take immense pride in our work and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your Glitty purchase, we accept returns or exchanges of unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date. We do not charge a restocking fee. However, customized items, such as those with engravings or custom designs, and items listed as limited edition cannot be returned or exchanged. We aim to make the return process as hassle-free as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Where are your products made?

All our products are handcrafted in our workshop located in Ottawa, Canada. From working with the raw materials to finishing the final product, every step is done by hand to ensure the highest quality. We also handle all the shipping ourselves, allowing us to conduct a thorough quality inspection before your order is dispatched. Our commitment to craftsmanship and quality control ensures you receive the best possible product.

What is the difference between a skin and a case?

  • Skins: Our skins are made with a pressure-activated adhesive that sticks well to your MacBook but can be removed cleanly. While they don't provide drop protection, they protect against scratches and can cover existing ones. They also look and feel great, offering a sleek, customized appearance.

  • Cases: Our cases feature the same real wood or leather on a rubber shell that snaps on and off your MacBook easily. They provide added protection against dings and drops while maintaining the elegant look of your device.

Most of our customers prefer cases for the added protection, but the choice ultimately comes down to personal preference and the level of protection you desire for your MacBook.
