The rosewood case is handsome and gives me a deep feeling of appreciation for both the tree that made the wood and the artist that made the case.
I also appreciated the well constructed packaging, and timely delivery through the Canadian and US mail systems. All as promised!

The case is fantastic quality, as well as the customer service!!! I love it so much. It has a smooth, not too shiny finish. It seems durable, and is very well crafted. It was easy to put onto my computer and it clicks on swiftly, without putting excessive pressure on or damaging my computer.
Note, it smelled like fresh wood when it arrived which is dissipating as time goes on.

Upon receiving the case I was very impressed with how beautiful it is; the workmanship is exemplary. The order was processed and shipped promptly and the owners are pleasant and helpful. A minor issue that popped up was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. Would not hesitate to order from them again.
*I previously wrote an unflattering review here because I had an issue with several emails I sent and received no replies. I was hesitant to write that review because I had such a positive initial impression of the company and the owners. That initial impression was correct. As it turns out, responses to my emails had been sent but I did not receive them. The reason for this explanation is to clarify that I was not asked to write a new review, nor was I offered compensation. When I am wrong I like to make it right.
